Attempted burglary in Knightswood Close, Sutton Coldfield.

Dear Resident.

Between 1 & 2pm on the 12th of June 2026 unknown offenders have entered the rear garden of a property in Knightswood close via an insecure entrance.

Once in the back garden they have attempted to break into the property by snapping the lock to the back door.

This attempt was unsuccessful, the offenders then fled the location.

Officers have made enquires, and a forensic examination for evidence has been conducted.

Please ensure all entrance points to your property are secure.

Please lock back gates and check fences are in good order.

The fitting of Ant-Snap locks is recommended.
